This morning I woke up to a text, and one of the first words that I read was "snow". Yup, in case you didn't know by now, it snowed in Zagreb, and as happy as some people are about it, I am not. I love watching the snow fall while I'm somewhere inside, but as soon as I have to set my foot out the door, I hate it. Thus, I decided to reminisce about when it was a bit warmer outside and share with you this outfit that Luka and I shot more than a month ago.

As you can see, I was fighting against autumn making colours die by wearing a bright red puffy jacket from Pull&Bear, and matching it with my heart shaped sunglasses, because the world looks much cooler when it's all red. This polka dotted bodice is from Zara, and this black denim skirt is as well, but I have to admit, I really do have a thing for dots recently.

These amazing black suede block heel ankle booties are from ShoeBox, and they're an amazing model for these autumn days, when it's sunny and not snowing. My bag is vintage, aka I got it from my grandma's closet, and these sunglasses are from Wish (because it doesn't have to be expensive to look good). In case you were wondering, yes - I am wearing a grey lipstick, it's from MAC and the lipliner is from Nyx Cosmetics.

I've been trying to step out of my comfort zone lately because I can see how deeply I have fallen into it, and I feel like this look is a big push out for me, kind of excited to see what else I'll come up with in the future.

Summer in Zagreb has never been this fun, with all the tourists coming here and exploring our city, the whole place is just bustling with life, even in the middle of the week. I've lived here my whole life  and trust me, it didn't use to be like this 5 or so years ago, and it makes my heart so warm to see so many different people from all over the world appreciating my hometown.

But it's not only the tourists, it's the locals too! So many events and festivals are going on in the city that there is always something to do and something to see, and ever since the World Cup, there is a certain feeling of joy and pride in the air. People are still singing our "fan songs" and have the flag on their cars and balconies, and yes, we are still talking about it.

With all these things going on, it is kind of hard to find a time and place when you can just go into the city and chill, without having to worry about finding a place to sit in a cafe or bar that you love or running into someone you know, but it still exists - weekend mornings.

Sunday mornings are pretty chill anywhere you go, so I went for a simple and minimalistic look. Lately I've been trying to bring more colours into my closet, and red has proven to be a perfect choice for that. This red casual dress is from Pull&Bear, and there is such a summer vibe around it that I adore.

The shoes that I'm wearing are my new black mules from ShoeBox which I love, and it may be only me, but I think that because of them this whole outfit has an "italian vibe". Also, I am *still* one of those people who have to have matching shoes and a bag, so naturally I went for my black (fake) leather handbag from Mango, which is perfect for my everyday activities. And I can both hold it in my hand, or wear it on my shoulder, it's a win-win situation.

It doesn't happen often, but I was so excited to shoot this look as I feel it almost perfectly shows what my style is - vintage and alternative with a bit of an attitude. Plus, lately I've been trying to push myself out of a shopping "comfort zone" so I've been buying a lot more coloured clothing than ever before.. let's just see how I'll be able to pull it off haha.

As you all know, I am a big fan of just plain black and white clothing, but recently I've noticed I really want to wear red. Why? No idea. But thus, I bought some brand new sandals and a bag and I'm feeling spring ready.

In this look I am wearing my new white bodysuit with black dots from Zara which I fell in love with as soon as I laid my eyes on it. It's so simple but it has this vintage vibe around it that I just adore. These black mom jeans are also from Zara, and my black blazer is from Stradivarius.

How cute is this bag and sandals combo? I knew I had to but this bag as soon as I saw it in Mango because the material and the colour is almost identical to the ones on these super cute sandals which I got at ShoeBox. Plus, as this is a black and white outfit, this colour really pops.

Also, what do you guys think about me with straight hair? Every time I go to Toni&Guy and they straighten it, I always leave the salon just feeling myself. I know that my natural curly hair is cute, but this always gives a bit of a bad bitch vibe hehe.

New coat means that autumn is officially here! Layers on layers on layers season is here, and I hope you're ready for it, cause I know I sure am! That, and sipping some tasty green tea snuggled up in a sweater in a cute cafe somewhere in the centre.. okay, enough of the daydreaming, let's talk about the outfit.

My best friend who studies abroad came back home for a couple of weeks so we decided to spend a whole day together, lunch, coffee & drinks, the way Balkan people live. So, as I knew we would be going to a lot of places, I decided to wear something both cute and comfortable. And thank God I did, because we ended up having a "posh day", going from a cake shop to a fancy bar and a new theatre play.

As I've already mentioned, I have a new coat! I wanted a black oversized coat for a few years now, and you can only imagine how happy I was when I stumbled upon this beautiful woolen one in Zara. The shirt that I am wearing is a vintage one I stole from my grandma, and it's also oversized and covered in cute little dots. Black jeans are my staple item, so no wonder that I'm wearing them today too, but these ones are a new pair I got a few weeks ago at Stradivarius & they are high waisted, yay!

The shoes that I'm wearing are my ankle boots in half velvet half leather from Pull&Bear, such a perfect pair for these autumn days. My bag also used to be my grandma's, but I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it, so now it's mine hehe. The accent piece of this outfit is definitely this scarf that I got as a gift so I'm not sure where it's from, but I love how long & cozy it is, and the red-black-white colour scheme it has going on. Also, it's perfect for burying your face in when the cold winds start blowing. Basically, a must have.
